I've bought many books for my child, but this one feels the most relatable to real life and provides very practical advice. For example, it suggests cutting nails to avoid bacteria accumulation, supplementing various nutrient groups for good health, or brushing teeth before bedtime... The book is excellent; parents should definitely consider it.
