Before, I always felt passive in conversations, unable to guess what others were thinking, sometimes even being manipulated without realizing it. But after reading this book, everything seemed to be 'unveiled'. I learned how to observe the eyes and gestures, thereby better understanding the other person's true feelings. This is not just a book, it is like a tool to help me master situations at work and in my personal life.

Each page of the book is a ‘hidden lesson’ about how people behave and unconsciously reveal their inner selves. I was most impressed by the analysis of how people show anxiety, lie or want to hide something through seemingly harmless actions. This book really made me more careful in communication and more sensitive in understanding others.
Not your average book. This is a handbook-like book on applied psychology, clear, concise, and full of practical examples. I have read it twice and still discover many new things. Especially suitable for those who work in negotiation, sales, or simply want to ‘read’ others better.
I bought the book out of curiosity at first. But the more I read, the more I was drawn in. It made me realize that many seemingly unconscious behaviors reveal a lot about human psychology. Now, just by looking at the way someone taps their fingers, tilts their head, or avoids eye contact... I can sense whether they are stressed, defensive, or lying. Not to judge, but to understand.
