I work in an office but have always wanted to open my own small business. Thanks to reading this book, I not only understand how to plan a business but also feel more confident because everything is broken down into small, easy-to-follow steps. The book does not make me feel 'overwhelmed' like many other documents, but is very practical and close. It feels like someone is holding my hand and showing me every step.
